Payment for services is required in advance before booking will be confirmed
All fees payable are non-refundable Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for rescheduling
All rescheduling requests will be subject to staff availability Customer who fails to show up for a scheduled appointment forfeits the option to reschedule
If a customer is dissatisfied with our service, they must first notify management for investigation and resolution Customer data collected through the booking form will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes, but Cutz On The Go is not liable for any data breaches
Cutz On The Go is not liable for any injuries, damages, or allergic reactions that may occur during or after the haircut service
Customers are responsible for informing the stylist/barber of any known allergies or sensitivities
Customers must cooperate with our staff during home service, providing a safe and suitable environment for their haircut
In the event that a staff member feels unsafe or encounters an unsafe situation, they have the right to terminate the service immediately
At any instance of Customer negligence Cutz On The Go reserves the right to refuse/ terminate service
