Our Mentor Certification Program is designed for individuals who aspire to become exceptional Mentors, whether an experienced Mentor looking to formalize skills or a professional eager to step into a mentorship role. This comprehensive program goes beyond theoretical knowledge, providing practical tools, strategies, and insights that will elevate the ability to guide, inspire, and create positive change. This certification has the following 3 Phases:
Phase 1 - Instructional Phase - in this phase the Mentor will participate in two 4 hour virtual classes done live through Zoom and delivered by ONE of your ONE.U Coaches. The following 5 Modules will be completed:
Module I - What does it mean to be a Mentor?
Module II - Effective Communication
Module III - Mentor-Mentee Relationships
Module IV - Practical Real Estate Insights
Module V - Professional Development - Mentor Road Map
Forms, Resources, Tools for the Mentor to use during their Mentorship
Phase 2 - Auditing Phase - in this phase the Mentor will attend/audit RevUP Rapid Launch delivered by our ONE.U Coaching team. RevUP Rapid Launch (or RevUP taught in your office) should be recommended to all mentees and will give great insight to the Mentor as to what is being taught to Mentees in the Realty ONE Group network! Auditing this course will also provide direction for the Mentor for connecting the content of what the Mentee is learning in class with "real life real estate activities" that each Mentor will have their mentees perform with them.
Phase 3 - Assessment/Apprentice Phase - in this phase the Mentor will work with an Apprentice/Mentee utilizing the tools, resources and information provided in the Certification Workshop. The Apprentice/Mentee will complete an assessment/survey as to their experience with the Mentor once at least 1 transaction has been completed by the Mentee under Mentorship.
The Owner/Broker/Manager of the office will play a role in this certification process with the Mentor as well. They will fill out a survey as to the goals for what they are hoping their Mentor will gain by completing the certification, if there are other roles the Mentor will play in the office, things they may need to focus on specifically, etc. This helps with ongoing support and an opportunity for growth with each future Mentee the Mentor will have!
The investment to become a ONE.U Certified Mentor by completing this program is just $499 per person!
The workshops are held on the dates listed below (choose the session that works best for you) from 9am - 1pm PT with sessions offered quarterly.
