Day Camp 2026 Adult Volunteer Sign-Up
A form for adults volunteers to indicate their availability to help at Day Camp this summer. 

We need adult volunteers all week (Monday June 15 - Friday June 19) from 8:00 am - 4 pm and a special crew for take down and clean up on Friday. There will be a volunteer training, for all who can come, on Sunday June 14 from 5 - 7 pm at Diamond Lake Lutheran to prepare everyone for the week.

We need adult volunteers all week (Monday - Friday) from 8:00 am - 4 pm. While we appreciate consistency and it is very helpful when adults can commit to being with us all four days either in the morning, in the afternoon, or even all day, we understand there are very few people who can volunteer all day or even every day. So we invite you to sign up for the times you are available so that we can make sure to have adults all week long.  We always have special projects that need adult help during the week and someone who is only available for an hour here or there would be perfect!

Clean Up and Take Down Crew!
We need at least 10 adults who are willing to come Friday between 3:00 pm - 7 pm to help us take down and clean-up. 
If you can come for all or even part of this time to help it would be appreciated! (7 pm is a late estimate, our hope is to be done by 6 or 6:30 pm)

Background Checks
Day Camp required background checks on all adults. In following with congregational policies, if you have completed a background check within the past 3 years with your home congregation, we will simply use that. If you have not had a background check with your congregation in the past 3 years, we will ask you to complete one before day camp this June.

Is there anything else we need to know?
Do you have a child/grandchild or child you are connected to that will be at day camp? If so, is it important for you to be with that child as you volunteer?
