1. Students are expected to be on time to the club.
2. All students must be respectful to their club leader and their fellow learners.
3. Defiant behaviour, non compliance, use of inappropriate language will result in removal from the club.
4. Students are expected to handle with care all equipment and materials provided to them for the club, and must not touch, tamper or engage with any material that does not pertain to their club.
5. If a student misses a class without prior information, 24 hours in advance, the class will be charged for. On the other hand, if the teacher is unable to lead a club any particular day, the class will be made up for in the next quarter. All payment settlement will be done at the end of the quarter or carried forward to the next quarter if the student continues in the club.
6. The school will not take responsibility of the any student after 4:00pm. Therefore, it is imperative for the parents to pick up their child(ren) at 4:00pm.
