Hybrid Personal Training Program
I’m looking for 5 women age 25-45 who are ready to finally commit to themselves, live in Albany/ Corvallis and are willing to invest in their fitness.

I am looking for women who want to:

-Have a body you feel strong and CONFIDENT in

-Acquire KNOWLEDGE about proper nutrition while still eating your favorite foods

-Have more ENERGY to do the things you love
