Important Note:
In the majority of cases, a simple system restart will fix most problems, so please try this first before submitting a support ticket. Turn the system on and off using the Power button (see below image). Only use the Reset button if the Power on/off button does not work. If this does not resolve the issue please proceed to the form below.
If the live TV is breaking up there may be a problem with your aerial or the strength of the signal. This needs to be checked by a professional. At the time of installation your signal levels were checked to make there was a suitable strength and recommendations were made depending on the results. If you would like more information regarding suggested signal boosters we will be happy to help.
