2025 Wildcat Softball Camp Registration Form
DATES:  June 9th-June 12th (Monday-Thursday)

HOSTED BY:  Wildcat Coaches-Keith Medford, Lora Briggs, Kylee Irvin & Morgan Medford

Wildcat Softball Camp is designed to teach the fundamentals that are essential for any young softball player. Fundamentals will include:  proper throwing technique, infield and outfield play, hitting, pitching and baserunning.

Session #1   Ages:  1st - 5th Grade*      
Time:  8:00 am - 10:00 am    

Session #2   Ages:  6th - 9th Grade*    
Time:  10:30 am - 12:30 pm  
*Grade entering Fall 2025 (can be an incoming 9th grader)

Place:  Wildcat Field
(located behind the tennis courts on the South side of campus)

Cost:  $100 per camper (includes t-shirt)
($90 per camper for two or more members of the same family)

Early registration is recommended, although you may register on the first day of camp.

Please complete the Registration Form and make payment by cash/check the first day of camp or you can pay by Venmo (@GuyerSoftball).

Liability Waiver:  I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian of the above Camper, authorize said child’s participation in Guyer Wildcat Softball Camp. In and for consideration of my child’s participation in the camp, I agree that I will not hold Coach Medford, his staff, Denton Independent School District, or its employees responsible for any loss, damages, or personal injuries that my child may receive as a result of participation. This waiver of liability expressly includes camp activities, or while in, on or upon the premises whereby the activity is being conducted. I also agree that my child will follow all instructions and procedures in order to maintain a maximum level of safety. I also give my permission for any emergency medical care or treatment by a trainer or coach.
