Adults: 25+ years of age, exception can be made for paid church staff
Cost: No Cost
Registration Deadline: October 17; to allow for vetting process, please register as soon as feasible
After you have registered, you will receive an email from Form Publisher with an attachment. Be sure the email you supply is regularly monitored.
Print out the pdf attachment and obtain the signature of your religious educator. Be sure to download and complete any additional forms (Agreement to Rules, Code of Conduct and Ethics)
