Elementary Enrichment Grant Application
Elementary administrators,

The purpose of the Elementary Enrichment Grant Program is to provide funding and program resources to enhance the offerings at elementary schools in the areas of: Fine and Performing Arts, STEM and Health/Wellness. This is an elementary school grant program. Applicants must be school administrators.

Applications must be received by: August 15th, 2018

Grant funding will deposited into your building account the fourth week in September.
Please refer to the allocations worksheet that was emailed to all principals to determine your eligible funding level.

*Please fill out a new request form for each project. Total grant dollars may be used for one project or divided between multiple projects.
