SAINTS BUS SERVICE STUDENT REGISTRATION 2021-2022
All Saint Peter Public School students must be registered in order to ride the school bus for the 2021-2022 school year. Accurate and timely information is important each year to establish bus routes. THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER FOR YOUR QUALIFYING STUDENT TO RIDE THE SCHOOL BUS.

Qualifying students must live outside of a ONE-mile radius of the school in which they are attending in order to be granted riding privileges. Riding privileges CANNOT be guaranteed for the start of the school year if this form isn't submitted by the end of the day on AUGUST 4, 2021. Completed forms must be submitted for EACH STUDENT planning to ride the bus to school.
