Bassmaster Team Championship Membership *
The CCBM Opens are qualified for the Bassmaster Team Championship. Every 25 registered teams in the CCBM Open Series earns another spot for one of the CCBM Opens teams to go to the BTC tournament on the Ouachita River in Monroe, La., Dec. 4-7 and try to win and also qualify for the Bassmaster Classic! 

This year all teams in the CCBM Open Trail will pay a one-time fee of $20 for your team so that we can all support as many slots for the BTC as possible.  

All members of your team must sign the membership agreement and waiver at the ramp of a CCBM Open in which you will agree: 

"I hereby waive my rights of privacy or publicity with the regard to the programs of the tournament in which I appear and consent to B.A.S.S. (and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and those acting under their permission or upon their authority), copyrighting, distributing, televising, publishing and using in any way the audio and visual portions of any television videotape, film and photographs pictures of me or of interviews, scenes or other sequences in which I may be included, and any reproduction thereof, anywhere at any time through any medium or media for advertising, promotion, trade, television programming or other lawful purpose whatsoever; and I shall not be entitled to receive any royalties or other compensation in connection with such use.

 "I acknowledge and agree that B.A.S.S. (and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and those acting under their permission or upon their authority) shall have the right to use my personal information to contact me with communications and other advertisements, and may provide such information to any sponsor of B.A.S.S. or its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, which sponsor may contact me with communications and other advertisements."

Agree to the CCBM Open rules *
Entry fee: $90.00 per boat plus $10 Lunker ($100 total); Prize money: 80% payback. 100% lunker payout. Registration: 1 hour prior to Launch at Safe Light; Tx ends: 2:30 (number must be turned in). Chester County Bass Masters (CCBM) reserves the right to refuse participation in any and all club sponsored tournaments or events to an individual or group who has been disqualified from club or non-club tournaments or events for unsportsmanlike conduct. All entrance fees will be forfeited if adverse conduct occurs during a tournament or event resulting in disqualification.

I have read, understand and agree to abide by all local and tournament rules and state laws governing this event. I agree to abide by any on-site ground rules deemed necessary by the tournament director at the time of the tournament. I agree to waive the tournament officials, Chester County Bass Masters, B.A.S.S. Nation, Bassmaster, their sponsors, and Maryland BASS Nation from any liability resulting from careless, hazardous, or negligent operation or use of equipment by myself or competitors. I agree that I am the only person who can make decisions regarding boating and weather conditions and my safety with regards to those conditions on the water and I and only I am responsible for my own safety in this event. I understand that my name on this application and submission of this application verifies my information and consent contained on this registration to be accurate and correct.
