Must be enrolled or home schooled within the Albia Community School District
Miss Albia will represent the Albia Community & Albia Chamber Main Street in helping to build a safe and prosperous environment to live, work, and socialize by building a vibrant downtown district and community, infused with passion, inspired by change, and illuminated with creativity. Contestant must be a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior in school as of January 1st in the year of the Miss Albia pageant.
Dates that Miss Albia needs to be available:
2024
April 22nd-28th Albia Restoration Days with several duties and availability on Saturday, April 27th
May 3rd – First Friday Cinco de Mama
June 1st – Albia Chamber Main Street Rodeo
June 29th – Rodders Car Show and Bob Reed Memorial Tractor Show
July 12th – Golf Outing
October 25th – Trick or Treating around the District
November 1st – First Friday Cocoa and Cider Crawl
November 30th – Small Business Saturday
December 6th & December 7th – Victorian Stroll
2025
February 7th – Galentines
April 20th-26th Albia Restoration Days (crowns 2025 recipient)

By submitting this form, the Event Participant AND Parent(s) or Guardian(s):
1. Binds each person participating in the activity under the authority of this entry form to hold harmless from liability, the Albia Restoration Days Committee, Albia Chamber Main Street, King Opera House, the City of Albia, Monroe County, Iowa, their officers, members, designated officials, volunteers, agents, and against any and all claims, losses, injuries, suits and judgements arising from or in conjunction with its successors, assigns, heirs, executors, and administrators, and any other persons or entities who/which may have a claim based on my/our personal injuries, mental anguish, disability, death, and/or property damage; and
2. The individual(s) named on this application irrevocably grant the Albia Restoration Days Committee and Albia Chamber Main Street rights to use in any media, our name, likeness, photos, or reproduction of our performance for any purpose including promotion, advertising, or otherwise; and
3. Agrees to provide each person participating under the authority of this entry form with a copy of this Disclaimer and Release of Liability along with a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Miss Albia 2024 competition.
By submitting, I/WE AGREE, that the information on the attached application is true, accurate, and correct, and I/WE AGREE, that should any information on this application change prior to the Miss Albia 2024 competition, I/WE AGREE to notify the competition committee prior to the competition.
