Brat Eating Contest Application 2019

General Information
•Maximum of 20 contestants
•Entry fee is $10 per person
•Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The first 20 applications with payment that are received will be in the Brat Eating contest, all others will be placed on a waiting list.
•Proof of identification is required on the day of the event (must be over age 18 to participate).
•Must sign a waiver form on the day of the event.
•All contestants will receive a T-shirt and a Johnsonville Coupon for a free package of Johnsonville products.
•Entry fees are non-refundable.
•First Responders will be on site
Prizes
•1st place: $300, Brat Eating Champion trophy, year supply of Johnsonville products, and $500 donation to the Charity Challenge (learn more at brat-days.com/charitychallenge)
•2nd place: $150
•3rd place: $50
Date, Time, and Location
•Contest starts at noon on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the base of the hill in Kiwanis Park.
•11:00 am to 11:30 am - All pre-registered contestants must check-in at the contest stage. Walk-in registrations will also be accepted and added to the waiting list.
•11:30 am - If any of the 20 pre-registered contestants have not checked-in, then people on the waiting list will be eligible to participate.
•11:45 am - The contest rules meeting begins and the 20 contestants are announced at the eating site.
Competition Rules
•Contest will last 10 minutes.
•1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be determined by number of brats consumed. That means when we call time what is in your mouth must be swallowed.
•Brats will be "naked". There will be no buns or condiments.
•You may bring your own beverages if you don't want to just have water.
•No hurling or you will be disqualified and you have to clean-up your own mess.
•No cheating!

To submit your entry fee via mail, make the check for $10 payable to "Sheboygan Jaycees Foundation" and it send to:

To submit your entry fee via PayPal follow these instructions:
1. Go to www.PayPal.com and login to your account
2. In the menu bar select “Send & Request”
3. In “Send money to” enter shebjcs@gmail.com
4. Enter $10 in the amount to send
5. Use the option for "Sending to a friend" to ensure that a we are not charged a fee.
6. Add a note that states "Brat Eating Contest" along with your name
7. For "How do you want to pay?" be sure to use your PayPal balance or a bank account. Do not use a credit card because of the fee.
8. Click "Send" and you're all done!
