General anxiety about health and the current situation
Looking after your mental health when #physicaldistancing (eg no one in you're household is ill, therefore you can leave the house for food and exercise etc)
Looking after your mental health when you're self-isolating (you or someone in your household is showing symptoms/has the virus, therefore you all cannot leave the house)
