The Phoenix Arts Center - Special Instructor - Application
The Phoenix Arts Center is a non-profit organization focused on providing affordable arts experiences of all kinds to the entire community.
OUR MISSION: To create an art rich, community engaged environment, that encourages creative thinking, artistic discoveries, and cultural revitalization. The Phoenix Arts Center—AT THE VERY HEART OF ART.
POTENTIAL INSTRUCTORS: Please use this form to indicate if you are interested in teaching specific classes for us that are requested by our students and area organizations. We will then contact you when there are special classes available to teach. We are looking to fill two type of instructor roles, listed below:
1. Lead instructors - We are tentatively looking for instructors in specific areas (visual arts, dance, music, theatre) to plan specific classes based on what our students are asking for. The lead instructor should be available for all semesters (spring, summer, fall).
2. Community Instructors - We also have opportunities from time to time to work with community organizations that request special classes from us. Dates/times vary but can be worked around the instructor's schedule.
NOTE: Please use this form if you are interested in teaching classes as an instructor that our students and area organizations request. If you instead are proposing a class of your own, please follow this link for the Artist Instructo Proposal Form.
