Military Mitzvah Chanukah Card Project
PJ Library and The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington are partnering to share a wonderful opportunity with you to send Chanukah greeting cards to Jewish military members and veterans!

1) To participate in this great mitzvah ("good deed"), please fill out this interest form.

2) Send a card (it can be store-bought or homemade) to say "Happy Chanukah" or another sentiment to send to our brave military members and veterans.

3) The confirmation email will have the mailing address and additional guidelines for the cards.

4) Please mail your card by November 12 or 17 (indicate your preference below) to make sure it is received in time to distribute them. We have multiple locations where the cards will be sent--you'll get the details via email.

Some tips:
1) Wish the service member a Happy Chanukah
2) Thank them for their service and sign your name
3) Include your email address; many times, the recipient will write back!
4) Put each card in an unsealed envelope; you can put multiple cards (in envelopes) in one larger envelope to mail.
5) Cards can be store-bought or homemade.
