I AGREE:

1.  To help the organization “C-Park” to fulfill its services viz Self-Empowerment, Career Guidance, Mental Well-being,
Relationship Management, Rehabilitation, Therapies.
2.  To perform a volunteering role to the best of my ability.
3.  To follow the organization’s procedures and standards, including health and safety and equal opportunities, concerning its organizational staff, volunteers, and Donors.
4.  To maintain the confidential information of the organization and its volunteers and Donors.
5.  To meet time and task commitments and standards agreed to and to give reasonable notice when this is not possible.            
6.  To act in a way that is in line with the aims and objectives of the organization and that enhances the work of the organization.
7.  To participate in all relevant induction and training programs provided by the organization.
8.  To undertake duties that I am authorized to perform.
9.  To operate under the direction and supervision of nominated staff by the organization and obey reasonable directions and instructions.
10. To notify the organization about any health and safety issues or potentially hazardous situations that may pose a risk to me or others while rendering volunteering services.
11. To behave appropriately and courteously to all organizational staff, volunteers, and Donors, and the public in the course of my role.
12. To inform the organization for any change/amendment in the nature of volunteering service.
13. To comply with the local law and regulations at all times.
14. Before commencing the volunteer role, I can provide the following, if needed by the organization (CV, ID checks, reference checks, license checks, etc.).
 
This volunteer agreement is binding in honor only and is not intended to be a legally binding contract between the volunteer and the organization. Neither party intends any employment relationship to be created now or at any time in the future. This agreement may be canceled at any time at the discretion of either party with minimum notice period or completion of any projects undertaken whichever is earlier.
