Registration Cancellation:
 If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy applies:
- Before 1 February 2025: A refund of 70% of the registration amount will be provided.
- After  1 February 2025: No refund will be given for cancellations made after this date.
Accommodation Cancellation:
 If you have booked accommodation through the conference organizers, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Before 20 January 2025: A refund of 70% of the accommodation amount will be provided. (30% deduction)
- After 20 January 2025: No refund will be given for cancellations made after this date.
Refund Process:
Timing:
 The refund amount for both registration and accommodation cancellations will be processed after one month from the conference date. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the conference organizers' procedures.
