Have Your Say- Waiting Times
We are asking the opinion of young people who have been referred to the service. Our aim is to have your voice heard and for this to result in change determined by you. Your answers will be directly impacting on the support we offer at 42nd Street!

So if you have time it would be really helpful to us and other service users to complete this quick survey!

We will ask in this survey for you to reflect on your experience of being on our waiting list, we know that reflecting on these things can sometimes be difficult. If you are currently waiting to begin support at 42nd Street and are struggling with your mental health, there is always someone you can talk to. Letting your family or someone else you trust know how you are feeling can help. If you would like to talk to a 42nd Street mental health practitioner, now or at any time whilst you wait for support, please call us (Monday – Friday, 9.30am-5pm) on 0161 228 7321 and ask to speak to the mental health practitioner on duty. Outside of these times, you call, email or text: childline (18 years and under) - 0800 1111 childline.org.uk or Samaritans (any age) - 116 123 samaritans.org . Both are 24 hr, Freephone numbers.
