This survey consists of 7 main questions with some sub-questions depending on the input of your answers. We are looking to become an intermediary delivery service company that hires driving partners to delivers various items such as furnitures, groceries, food and many other products. Our main goal is to deliver goods with optimal service and to deliver whenever it fits your schedule with the help of our driving partners. The goal of this survey is to study the issues there are with the current delivery service, and for us to accomplish an innovative delivery service experience to our future customers by resolving those issues.
