South Park - Need some community support? We are here to help
We are a community group of volunteers keen to help those in need at this time.
If you need some shopping, a prescription collected or perhaps just a friendly chat with a member of your community please let us know by completing this simple form.
Your request will be passed to your local co-ordinator who will have one of their volunteers contact you. We will be in touch as soon as we can, however please don't rely on this service if you are in urgent need.
If you are in urgent need please contact the council
and contact as many people as you can.
We can't offer medical advice or support. If you are unwell and need medical support please contact 111 or your GP.
We take the protection of your data seriously and have processes in place to protect it. Your data will be shared with local coordinators for the purpose of supporting your request.
If you are making a request on behalf of someone else please fill in the form with their details and then add yours at the bottom.
Whilst our area-coordinators have spoken to all volunteers, they are not reference-checked. Please follow our guidance form and do not let anyone into your home or handover any cash/payment before receiving goods.
