Hillgrove Bands Absence Request Form
Students - please use this form to request an absence from a required band activity. Requests must be received 2 days prior to the event in question in order to be considered excused. Emergency absences may be reported via email to hillgroveband@gmail.com.

Excused absences include but are not limited to:

1. Sickness
2. Death in the family
3. Unavoidable doctor's appointments
4. Any other absence that would be considered excused by the Hillgrove Attendance Office

Marching Band - Beginning July 15th for returning members and August 1st for New Members:
Unexcused absences will result in the student being sidelined for the following performance. A Student with 3 or more unexcused absences may be removed from the production entirely.
