IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Please book 24 hours in advance to reserve equipment, otherwise a technician may not be present at the hatch and you will have to wait for them to return.

Same-day bookings are not guaranteed to be fulfilled due to limited equipment availability.

Equipment is only allowed to be taken for two nights. If you need to arrange a longer window, then please email the technician before booking to arrange. Unfortunately we do not allow equipment out over half term or holidays under any circumstances.

Please make sure to return equipment at the time and date you have filled out in the form - please double check these, we use the DAY/MONTH/YEAR date system.

Failing to bring back equipment on time impacts other students, shows you can not be trusted, and can result in warnings, which can turn into a ban on taking out equipment in the future.

!! YOU MUST HAVE SIGNED AND HANDED BACK A CAMERA BOOKING FORM !!

You must sign and hand back one of these forms before you are allowed to take the equipment you have booked. Failure to hand in one of these forms will delay you taking the equipment.

During the week, if you take equipment out overnight, you need to return it at 9am the next day. You can take equipment out on Friday for the weekend but then you need to return it on Monday as early as possible after 10:40 am. The maximum time you can take equipment for is 3 days/2 nights (e.g Mon-Wed). *
