Jai Hanuman!

This is a Call for nominations for  the upcoming Hanuman Temple Steering Committee. We would like to invite all those who are interested in volunteering at the temple to join the upcoming steering committee.

The current Steering Committee has been serving the temple since July 1st of 2016, and will successfully complete their term by Srirama Navami on April 14th in 2019. The purpose of this early formation of the next year steering committee is to help the new steering committee transition smoothly into their roles.

Current steering committee members will assist the upcoming steering members to transition into their roles, so this invitation to join the committee is open to any devotee who is willing to donate their time and service to the temple. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve God and be involved with our community. Working together as a team is a socially rewarding experience, especially during the planning and execution of special events and festivals!

Steering Committee Role: Steering Committee is the day-to-day action team that helps the temples in various activities. These include supporting various religious events, organizing food donations, managing finances and hundi collections and documenting them in Quick books, cleanliness and management of temple premises, managing the cultural and educational activities.

The Steering Committee is completely volunteer-led.
