Registration for the Chamber's Lunch and Learn. Representatives from the Department of Health will cover proper procedures for setting up temporary food establishments such as food vendors at festivals and events. Event is free but registration required using this form. Lunch & Learn will be held on Wednesday April 19 at 12pm in the Community Room at P&HCC Patrick County Site. If multiple individuals attending from same entity, business or event, please fill out form for each person.
