📢 About the speaker:

Jeanie Y. Chang, the founder and CEO of Noona’s Noonchi and Your Change Provider, is a workplace mental health expert and executive coach and a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience in grief and trauma. She has delivered education on burnout, resilience, mindfulness and stress and has specialized training in anxiety, grief, trauma and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
