2024 Senior Graduation Information
Thank you for taking the time to complete this form so that we may order diplomas, graduation gowns, and class tshirts for the Class of 2024! Your grade level has a remind app to get text notifications to your phone regarding student activities.

Get out your DRIVER'S LICENSE. We need to order your diploma. It is a legal document and must be EXACTLY the same full name as it appears on their license/birth certificate. If there is an error and an additional diploma needs to be ordered it will cost you $15. Please take your time in typing the name with correct spelling and capitalization (do not type in all caps). What is the complete legal name (First Middle Last &  Suffix) that should appear on the diploma for this 2024 graduate? *
We need the accurate measurements of the 2024 graduate in order to get the correct gown size. Please be as precise as possible. Please include the HEIGHT measurement below: (Example: 5' 3.5" or 6' 1/4"). Students can feel free to go to our SG Nurses office to get measured, if they do not know their height. *
Please include the WEIGHT measurement below: (Example: 155 lbs) Students can feel free to go to our SG Nurses office if they do not know their weight. Weights are more flexible with gown measurements and come in increments of 20lbs, therefore, do not panic if you put on or lose a few pounds prior to graduation. *

St. Georges Tech is wearing green graduation gowns this year. Please go onto the appointment link portal to have your senior portraits taken at SG.Please note that the appointment link for the later dates will become open @2weeks prior to the date.   *
What size unisex tshirt would you like for our Class of 2024 shirt? (Everyone will get one, they are included in senior dues). *
I understand that I am responsible for paying $135 cash, check, or credit card to St. Georges Tech for senior dues by no later than Friday, January 26th and that a $10 a month late fee will be added starting February 1st and continue each month that they are not paid. Senior dues includes the end of year class celebration, class tshirt, yearbook with your name engraved, and graduation gown, cap, and tassel. *
I understand that I can utilize the senior page under student services on the St. Georges Tech webpage throughout the year in order to stay up to date with important dates and deadlines during senior year. I understand that when information is posted on Schoology and the Senior Webpage that I am expected to know it. Information will be on the Student Services-Underclassmen page for rising seniors until @July.
