Basketball is a contact sport. With full awareness, I allowed my son/daughter to participate in the Basketball Specialization Program. I acknowledged the safety of my child is ensured by the Coaches of Heart of Basketball. However, any unforeseen injuries of my child during the training, I will not hold any responsibility against Heart of Basketball and its Coaches. Athlete's safety is the company and coaches' utmost concern. All safety measures and precautions will be taken prior to the commencement of the training.The company and its coaches will ensure that the training area will be free from hazards and obstacles that could potentially cause accidents and injuries to the athletes.Because Basketball is a contact sport, there is a possibility that some unforeseen incident may happened, thus the company and its coaches will not be liable for any unavoidable incidents/injury during practice games and training.
