Title of study: NeoCardioLab Platform impact: A survey.

The purpose of study is to evaluate the global reach, usage patterns, and user-perceived educational value of the NeoCardioLab digital platform. To ensure confidentiality, this survey is designed as a anonymous online survey, no personal health information (PHI) or user-identifiable data will be collected. Analytics data are collected in aggregate form through the native dashboards of the respective platforms (Google Analytics, Apple/Android, CALCONIC). Survey responses will be stored securely in password-protected Google Workspace accounts restricted to study investigators. All data used for analysis will be de-identified and stored on encrypted institutional drives. There is no intervention or manipulation of clinical care. The study does not collect health-related, clinical, or sensitive personal data. As such, the ethical considerations are limited to ensuring transparency of data use and preserving anonymity. Users will be informed that participation in the survey is entirely voluntary, and that data will be used to improve the platform for educational and quality improvement purposes. The NeoCardioLab received an unrestrictive educational grant from Mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals on January 1st, 2025, for a period of a year. This grant supports the educational activities of the lab and the content-creation.
