Bus Pre-Registration 2022-2023
Due to limited space and availability, requesting transportation will not guarantee your student a seat on the bus.
Due to the ongoing driver shortage please only fill out the pre-registration if you have no other means of transportation to and from school.

The transportation department will notify you if your request was approved when a seat becomes available on your desired bus route.
·         Please fill out one application per student needing a seat on a bus.
·         Please do not apply for the same student multiple times.
·         You must have your student's 6 digit ID number to fill out the pre-registration
·         Please only select one route / bus stop per student.
·         Due to limited space students are not allowed to ride several different routes.
·         Choice enrolled students are not eligible for transportation.

Completion of this form does not guarantee transportation for your student. All the Middle School and High School routes have reached their capacity and your student will be placed on the wait list. We may need to prioritize riders based on CDE guidelines, which gives priority for transportation to students with special needs, disabilities, inconsistent housing and children in foster care.

Summit School District Transportation Department strives to provide safe, timely and efficient school bus services to all eligible students in Summit County. Again, we greatly appreciate our families support and collaboration in planning our transportation schedule for the 2022-23 school year.

Por razones de espacio y disponibilidad limitada, su solicitud de transporte no garantizará a su estudiante un asiento en el autobús.
Debido a la continua escasez de conductores, solo complete el formulario de pre-registro si no tiene otro medio de transporte hacia y desde la escuela.

El departamento de transporte le notificará si su solicitud fue aprobada cuando haya un asiento disponible en la ruta de autobús deseada.
•  Complete una solicitud por estudiante que necesite un asiento en un autobús.
•  Por favor, no haga varias solicitudes para el mismo estudiante.
•  Debe tener el DNI de 6 dígitos de su estudiante para completar el pre-registro
•  Seleccione solo una ruta / parada de autobús por estudiante.
•  Debido al cupo limitado, los estudiantes no pueden viajar en múltiples rutas diferentes.
•  Los estudiantes inscritos en Choice no son elegibles para el transporte.

El completar este formulario no garantiza el transporte de su estudiante. Todas las rutas de la escuela intermedia y secundaria han alcanzado su capacidad y su estudiante será colocado en la lista de espera.   Es posible que necesitemos priorizar a los pasajeros según las pautas del CDE, que da prioridad al transporte a los estudiantes con necesidades especiales, discapacidades, viviendas inconsistentes y niños en hogares de crianza.

El Departamento de Transporte del Distrito Escolar de Summit se esfuerza por proprocionar servicios de autobús escolar seguros, oportunos y eficientes a todos los estudiantes elegibles en el Condado de Summit.
