Fridley Public Schools Child Care Interest Survey for Emergency Workers and Healthcare Staff
During the upcoming school closure in response to COVID-19, Governor Walz has ordered that schools provide care to its district enrolled students Pre-K (age 4) to 12yrs if the children’s parents are emergency workers and health care staff. We need to know the number of children who may need care so we are requesting your response to this very brief survey. Additional documentation, such as a letter from employers or showing an employment badge, will be required before services can begin.

Mon, March 23 to Fri, March 27 - CLOSED for Fridley Public Schools Spring Break
**This care option MAY BE extended to March 30 and beyond, per guidance from the state.
