Furniture Donation Form

Thank you for choosing The Blessing Board for your furniture, household goods, and home medical equipment donations. We are a quality-focused, Christian-based, human services furniture bank serving families facing furniture poverty/insecurities in desperate need resulting from any life-changing situation or crisis. We depend upon donations like yours to serve those families.

Please fill in the following online form. Upon receiving it, our Donation Coordinator will contact you with a free, no-obligation estimate of the fees associated based on the number and type of items, location in the home, and distance our trucks will travel.  Please note there is a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% security deposit on all pickup fees of $200 or more.

I understand there is a pick-up fee based on distance traveled, number of items and location of items, which will be determined when setting the pick-up date and time. The items I am donating are free from heavy stains, rips and tears, and any conditions such as pet hair, cigarette smoke, urine, bed bugs, dry rot or mold. I also understand that the drivers have final discretion at the time of pick-up.
How did you hear about us? *

Thank you again!  Please know that your donations will be put to good use. Most of the families we serve earn less than $20,000 a year and are struggling to meet basic needs. Their need may be the result of starting over after homelessness, domestic abuse, fire/flood, incarceration, or medical/behavioral health issues. Many are veterans, single parents, or elderly. Your donation goes a long way to showing them that others care.
