2024-2025 ROBC Youth Group Enrollment Form
ROBC Youth Group is ready for youth to be registered into the YG Program!! Please register your youth by filling out the information below. A separate form will need to be completed for each individual youth you are enrolling.  Once you have registered your child, please read the ROBC Policies and Procedures manual found at ROBC Youth Group webpage, www.robc.us/youth-group/.  Please fill out and turn in the Verification Statement, Medical Release Form and Liability Waiver Form and email the forms to regoroff@holytrinityschool.us.

Payments to be made online at www.robc.us/youth-group/. 

Please fill out an enrollment form for each child.

2024-2025 Fees:

DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT (July 1, 2024 - August 30, 2024)
$100 per child during open enrollment
$75 per child during open enrollment for a family of 3 discount

AFTER OPEN ENROLLMENT (September 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025)
$10 per child per month, prorated

Age requirements:
Ages 8-18

Parent requirements:
Parents MUST Coordinate at least 1 Event or Class during the calendar year.
Chaperone at least 1 fun event during the calendar year.
Coordinate 1 event during the year (monthly class, fundraiser event, or fun event).  You will decide on the date of the event.
Chaperones should ONLY use electronics for photos during events or classes. 
*Coordinators/Chaperones will pay for event and fill out Reimbursement/Fundraiser Form 5 days after event for request of reimbursement.
Parents who DO NOT coordinate or chaperone an event will pay a $300 dollar penalty fee.

Have to be a current, active church member of one of the 10 following churches in the Old Believer community:

-Russian Old Believers St. Nikola Church-Parr Road

-Staroobriadcheskaya Tserkov-Burkert Road
-Uspenia Church-Bethlehem Drive
-Uspenska Church-Broadaches Road
-Yspenia Church-Woodburn Monitor Road
