CFC 2026 Seasonal Job Application

Receiving Coordinator: Tuesday 11:00am-4:30pm June-October $20/hour

This position is responsible for receiving flowers from farms the day before market. Duties include transferring flowers to clean buckets, counting bunches, sorting orders, organizing the market cooler, taking product photos for the online shop and posting to Instagram stories. Attention to detail, organization, and sense of urgency are crucial. Basic knowledge of flower varieties is also necessary. This is a physically active position that requires frequent bending, lifting, carrying buckets of flowers, and the ability to stand for long periods.


Delivery Driver: Wednesday 7:00am-3:00pm May-October $20/hour

This position is responsible for transporting flowers from the Collective to customers in the greater Denver area with use of the company van. Duties include: creating route based on shop hours and locations as well as communication with homebased florists, locating orders in the cooler, packing the delivery van to optimize space and retrieval as well as the safety of the flowers, driving buckets of flowers to their destinations, unloading and transferring flowers to customers’ buckets, communicating order substitutions, clearing out the van upon arrival back to the Collective, recording ending mileage, bucket washing. The ability to work independently and efficiently are important to this position as well as a customer service mindset. This is a physically active position that requires frequent bending, lifting, carrying buckets of flowers, and the ability to sit for long periods. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
