Si tu perro está equilibrado, no le aportará nada ni a él ni a nosotros. Cuando rellenas el formulario:
1 – No estás haciendo una reserva directa; solo te pedimos las fechas para comprobar disponibilidad e información de tu perro para saber si, en el caso de tener disponibilidad, es apto para adaptarse a nuestra familia.
2 – Si hay disponibilidad, te enviaremos un correo con nuestra propuesta de trabajo, precios y demás detalles. (El tiempo de respuesta puede variar según la fecha solicitada).
3 – No respondemos en orden de llegada, sino en función de la cercanía de la fecha solicitada. Por ejemplo, si consultas en junio para diciembre, primero responderemos a quienes viajan en fechas más próximas a junio.
4 – Leemos TODAS las consultas y, desde 2012, jamás nos hemos olvidado de ninguna. Si no te respondemos al instante, es por lo ya mencionado y porque estamos trabajando día a día con los peques 😉 Ten paciencia, ¡no nos olvidamos de ti!

When you fill out the form:
1 – You are not making a direct reservation; We only ask for the dates to check availability and information about your dog to determine if, in case we have availability, they are suitable to adapt to our family.
2 – If there is availability, we will send you an email with our working proposal, prices, and other details. (Response time may vary depending on the requested date.)
3 – We do not reply in order of submission, but based on how close the requested dates are. For example, if you inquire in June for a stay in December, we will first respond to those whose travel dates are closer to June.
