Wedding in Central Park Officiant Agreement
Hello. I am very happy you have chosen us to officiate at your Civil Wedding Ceremony.  

Following is our agreement. Please fill out all the information in this form, type in your name on the signature line and click "Submit." You can pay the deposit via check or PayPal or Venmo (see payment information details at bottom of this form in "Terms of Agreement), with the balance due upon my arrival at the ceremony.  

I will call you to go over details a few days before the wedding, or you can certainly call me at 917-407-0477.

I would like to remind you that you will need to obtain a Marriage License prior to the ceremony. Please call or visit your local City Clerk's office to find out the requirements, etc. In NYC, you can click here:

REGARDING A PERMIT: If you want to be sure of having the use of a specific location in Central Park at a specific time (or there will be more than 20 people in attendance), you will need a permit. We will secure a permit for you for Bow Bridge, Wagner Cove, Bethesda Fountain or Terrace, the area around Belvedere Castle, Shakespeare's Gardens, Ladies Pavilion, Cop Cot or any other Central Park location for $200.

Sorry but we DO NOT book weddings more than one year in advance!

PLEASE NOTE: ALCOHOL AND ROSE PEDALS ARE NOT PERMITTED AS PER NYPD!

Following are the wedding packages we will be happy to provide for your special day:

WEDDING IN CENTRAL PARK: $400 (for less than 5 people, a Wedding Officiant, registered with the NYC City Clerk's Office will meet you and perform a sweet and simple Civil Ceremony in Central Park.)

    * Includes:
    * Email Support
    * Officiant- Civil Ceremony
    * Add $50 for a FT Meeting to Customize the Ceremony
    * Add $50 to Stream the Ceremony to our FB Page or to Zoom
    * Add $100 if more than 5 people will be attending the Wedding Ceremony
    * Add $200 for us to supply a permit for the location/date/time of your choice.
    * Add $450 for *Professional Photographer (includes 20 total pictures downloadable unretouched)
    * Add $250 for a Sax player or guitarist or violinist to play a short processional and recessional for your ceremony.
   
WEDDING MANHATTAN/DUMBO (OTHER THAN CENTRAL PARK) $500
For groups of 5 or less, you can have your ceremony in Manhattan in mutually agreed upon location

    * Includes:
    * Email support
    * Officiant- Civil Ceremony
    * Add $100 for a FT Meeting to Customize the Ceremony
    * Add $50 to Stream the Ceremony to our FB Page or to Zoom
    * Add $450 for *Professional Photographer (includes 20 total pictures retouched and uploaded for you to download.) *Small Groups- Under 5 total people in Central Park only; additional fee(s) for additional retouched photos.
    * Add $250 for a Sax player or guitarist or violinist to play a short processional and recessional for your ceremony.
Add $100 to stream or Zoom ceremony

Terms of Agreement *
1)      This constitutes an agreement between you and WeddinginCentralPark.com. It is agreed that we will officiate at your wedding.  2)      Upon signature and emailed return of this agreement,  we will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time and date. For that reason, all retainers are non-refundable, but if the date is changed the retainer may be applied to a new date.  3)  A retainer of $100 ($200 if you will be hiring our photographer or musician or if we will secure a Central Park location permit. We require a $500 for deposit for our $1250 All-Inclusive Package). Deposit is due at signing of this contract with the remainder to be paid prior to the ceremony. Payment to be made in either of the following ways:     a) Cash    b) PayPal payment to be made to  https://www.paypal.me/stevenblane or Venmo at 917-407-0477   c) OR by purchasing the relevant "Package" and "Additional Service(s)" and using the Shopping Cart at https://weddinginnewyork.net/packages-and-fees/  and  https://weddinginnewyork.net/additional-services/  4)   It is understood that you shall be responsible to apply for and obtain a Marriage License from your local County Clerk office or whatever City office issues said Marriage License. Balance Due (After Remitting Deposit) *
The total balance amount payable to Wedding Officiant in cash in person AT THE CEREMONY or prior to the wedding online via Paypal at HTTPS://www.paypal.me/stevenblane OR VENMO at @stevenblanemusic OR or on the website https://www.weddingincentralpark.com by purchasing the relevant wedding "Package" and adding it to the Shopping Cart.  Also, please answer below, "In Cash at Ceremony" or "Via Paypal" or "Via Shopping Cart Before Ceremony."
Lateness *
Please note that it is important to us to be on time for your ceremony. It is also important for you to be on time since we often book additional weddings around yours. If you are running late, PLEASE call us at 917-407-0477. Also please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your ceremony, we will require an additional $100 fee. We would strongly suggest you DO NOT look for parking immediately before your ceremony- as you will probably not find any for free. Pull it in a lot. Also, do not try to take a Taxi into Central Park as they cannot drive you into the Park. Also, please do not ask your Limo or Taxi Driver to take you to any location in Central Park because they probably have no idea where to drop you. Please call or email us to guide you to your location.
