The event officially starts at 18:30. The room will be open for your preparations from 18:00.

The goal of the event is to celebrate the various different cultural backgrounds of doctoral candidates in Berlin. To this end, every participant is invited to showcase their home country/region/city.  There will be desks for you to put something, and in principle there is more infrastructure such as a small kitchen and a TV-screen. However, if you need more than a desk, please inform us.
We can support your contribution with 5€, please bring your receipts.  Also, you can participate without presenting something yourself, but it is nicer if many people contribute. Please also sign up if you can't contribute anything yourself so that we know e.g. how much food is needed.
Please also note that HU-Docs does not take any responsibility for the safety of things being offered by participants of the event, neither for the food/drinks nor for activities.
