Rates
For customers that do not currently have a Preferred or Premier Service agreement, the following rates apply to all service performed at the request of the customer

On-Site
  • Technician - $95/hour - 4 hour minimum ($380)
  • Engineer - $125/hour - 4 hour minimum ($500)
  • Programmer - $150/hour - 4 hour minimum ($600)

Remote
  • Engineer - $100/hour - 2 hour minimum ($200), billed every 1/2 hour thereafter
  • Programmer - $125/hour - 2 hour minimum ($250), billed every 1/2 hour thereafter
Expenses
Edge Technologies, LLC is not responsible for providing or installing any equipment or materials unless approved in advance by Client. Edge Technologies LLC will provide a cost estimate for any parts or equipment before installation.
Agreement Terms
This agreement between customer and Edge Technologies, LLC shall remain in effect for 1 calendar year from acceptance date.
Payment Terms
Upon customer acceptance of completed service, an invoice will be sent and due immediately. Edge Technologies, LLC accepts checks, credit cards, and wire transfers.
Warranty
Edge Technologies, LLC is unable to guarantee the functionality of existing customer equipment and offers no warranty for systems under the standard service agreement. Equipment supplied and installed by Edge Technologies, LLC come with a 90 day service warranty. Equipment is covered under manufacturer warranties.
