The Client desires to have certain cleaning (residential/industrial/commercial),housekeeping, and/or janitorial services, described below, performed upon the Client's premises located above . Therefore, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Client shall grant Contractor access to the yard and its surroundings during regular business hours and other mutually agreeable times (as discussed by phone/ mail/in person). You will ensure that our cleaners has access to your property during
the agreed working hours. You will provide us with a key to your property and details of any relevant security codes to deal with your alarm system. The details will be kept strictly confidential and only designated cleaner will be given the relevant information.
2. Client shall provide for Contractor's use in performance of this contract the following equipment and supplies: _all necessary materials and equipment and products to complete the work or such will be costed in the invoices.
3. Client shall pay Contractor, unless otherwise agreed,an invoice created on the day the service was provided and the invoice is due for payment within 7 days from the invoice date. Thereafter we will invoice you on the 15th of each month for
services being already done and to be performed during the rest of that month, in arrear and invoices are due within 7 days from the invoice date. We may require that payment is made by credit or debit card and you should complete your card
details when requested.
If any payment is not made on time we reserve the right charge interest at 12% plus The Bank of England base rate together with compensation at the rate of up to £30 per invoice plus any reasonable cost. T&C's apply

If the agreement between us specifies that you are responsible for paying any out-of-pocket expenses such as travel costs or the cost of cleaning materials,equipments, PPE, products, these costs will be itemised in our invoices and payable by you.
4. Services to be performed by Contractor include vacuuming of carpets and rugs; dusting; cleaning of bare floors, kitchen appliances, bath tub and/or shower stall, toilet, sinks, and water fixtures; and
removal of trash from interior trash containers to outdoor Dumpster or other disposal container located on Client's premises. Also as agreed by phone/sms/mail or verbal the Contractor shall arrange cleaning of Stairs, Doors, Door frames, Lifts, Windows(inside), Payment Machines etc. at the beginning of the contract.
4.1 If services to be performed are different from the one in 4. to be checked as the client filled in the JOB cart.
5. The initial period of the contract is REGULAR as agreed and it will then continue, unless otherwise agreed, until either you or we give at least 2weeks written notice to the other to bring it to an end. .Contractor shall begin performing services on AGREED date.
Thereafter, services shall be performed on a schedule to which the parties agree.
6. Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice to the other party. Any payment for services rendered owed by Client shall be due and payable at the time this agreement is terminated. If you cancel any cleaning appointment you must give us at least 2 working days’ notice. If you give less than this youu, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the missed service as stated in our Terms and Conditions

In witness to their agreement and to these terms, the Client filled this form himself and/or on behalf of the Company stated to confirm acceptance.
