2026 Racefest Elite Athlete Application

Thanks for your interest in racing at Charlotte Racefest! In order to be considered for the Elite Corral, please fill out this application. Elite applications will close on April 15, 2026 at midnight. If you register after that time, of course you may still race, however we cannot guarantee you a spot in the Elite Corral.

Athletes must have a finishing time/pace after 4/20/25 in their appropriate category at a 10K, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon:

Women – 42:00 for a 10K or a 6:45 min/mi pace at a qualifying race distance

Men – 34:00 for a 10K or a 5:10 min/mi pace at a qualifying race distance

Non-Binary – 38:00 for a 10K or a 6:07 min/mi at a qualifying race distance
