Discussion Leader
Discussions Leaders(DLs) are a critical piece in the WIBO workshop model.  Discussion leaders are SMEs who commit to working with  a cohort a minimum of one week, facilitating a discussion in their area of expertise.  All materials are provided, coaching is available and a peer based training workshop is required.

Group Leader
17 Week Commitment
Group Leaders(GLs) are a critical piece in the WIBO workshop model.  Group Leaders facilitate a review of planning sheets each week through Q&A, reflections, suggestions, and other collaborative techniques. GLs will review planning sheets in Google Drive each week and constructive comments. All materials are provided, coaching is available and a peer based training workshop is required.

Tech Co Leader
17 week commitment

The Tech Co Leader (TCL) support logistics before, during and after workshops.  TCLs should have expertise in Google Office and be familiar with an LMS. The TCL communicates with participants, keeps time during the workshop, monitors the balance of participation and maintains a video library of each workshop.

Boot Camp Facilitator (Re-imagined PREBO)
WIBO needs volunteers to facilitate 90 minute, pre planned sessions on topics that will help participants achieve success during and after Grow: How to Build and Grow a Successful Business ("The 16"). Curriculum is already created.

Office Hours SME
WIBO needs volunteers with expertise in their field to support small group and one on one coaching for current cohort members who need support in one or more topics from  Grow: How to Build and Grow a Successful Business.  ("The 16")Office hours will be scheduled based on the availability of the coach.

Program Workgroup Committee Member
This workgroup meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.  Committee members can expect to engage in tasks both during and in between meetings that support current and future WIBO programs. Volunteers may take on as many or as few tasks as their schedule permits.

Development Workgroup Committee Member
This workgroup meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.  Committee members can expect to engage in tasks both during and in between meetings that support the 60th anniversary of WIBO and any and all related development efforts. Volunteers may take on as many or as few tasks as their schedule permits

Office Tasks
Volunteers are needed for data entry, both general and specific communication, general organization, etc.  These needs are sporadic and tasks can be completed based on the schedule and availability of volunteers.

EXAMPLE: 
Jill Lenihan joined WIBO in 2025 bringing with her extensive experience from both the education industry and the software. industry. Jill has a been a teacher in elementary school and middle and also at the college level. Additionally, she's worked for several years as a trainer and consultant in the software industry. Given this experience, Jill feels right at home in her current role as the Program and Operations Director for WIBO.  Most days, Jill can be found somewhere between New York and Philadelphia.
