2020 OLAC Outstanding District Award Nomination Form
Criteria
The 2020 OLAC Outstanding District Award will be presented to a state school district that meets the following criteria:
1. Demonstrates implementation of the practices in the Ohio Leadership Framework.
2. Promotes the use of OLAC tools, resources, and modules for district and individual professional development.
3. Participates and supports regional/state OLAC professional development 0pportunities.

Procedure
OLAC selects the recipient(s) of this award. If you would like to nominate a district for this award, please submit this official nomination form to Julie Turner, OLAC Project Director at turner@basa-ohio.org by October 15, 2020. The OLAC Outstanding District Award(s) will be presented virtually at the OLAC/PBIS Showcase on December 15.
