records or 2-library material is resolved. This will enable the NDLA Intellectual Freedom
Committee (IFC) to keep accurate statistics on confidentiality of records or material challenges
in the state. In addition, current information allows the IFC to spot any systematic attempts to
challenge confidentiality of records across the state.
