Local Food & Film Festival 2020 vendor application
This application must be completed by February 3, 2020.
The event is March 7, 2020 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hearst Center for the Arts (304 W Seerly Blvd, Cedar Falls. See vendor letter for more details and additional events on the schedule that day for the event.)
Help us kick-off the 2020 local food season! The 2020 Buy Fresh Buy Local Directory will be available! This event connects consumers with local food producers and non-profits invested in local food. Help consumers make connections to your farm and your products and see the value of their food.

Each vendor will receive 1 table and 2 chairs. Please let us know if you have any other needs below.

Vendor Compliance Agreement: As a vendor at the Local Food & Film Festival I agree to the following: 1) I have read the event guidelines, and I do agree to abide by all these rules and regulations. 2) I verify that all my products offered for sale or samples are produced, manufactured, or grown at my farm or place of business. 3) I understand the failure to comply with these guidelines and all federal, state, county and local regulation and licensing, will mean dismissal from the event.4) I give approval for UNI-Center for Energy & Environment Education, and its sponsors, to use photographs taken at the event that might include my work for publicity purposes.I have liability insurance.
I will bring a copy of my liability insurance to the event.
If applicable I will bring my Retail Tax permit to the event. (fruits, vegetables, and bakery items are not taxable)

I will send my $20 fee by mail.
I am a 2020 Buy Fresh Buy Local member and my $20 fee is waived.
