This is the general application for candidates that are trying out for the 2024 - 2025 Liberty Belles Dance Team. Make sure you read and understand all information in the tryout packet. 

ALL applicants must fill out every question on this form. Then you must print and sign the paper work in the tryout packet to turn in. (p.10-12)

Please note: The information given here will only be kept if the student makes the 2024 - 2025 Dance Team.
