ESRI ArcGIS Software License Request

New Hampshire is one of several states in the nation that can provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software to every school in the state free of charge. Thanks to a statewide partnership agreement between Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), the world’s leading GIS software developer, and the New Hampshire Department of Education, these new licenses will allow every public, private and charter K-12 school throughout the state unprecedented access to ESRI’s state-of-the-art GIS tools for use in education and research. Please use this form to submit your request to the NH GIS Specialist team for consideration. Once approved, you will be instructed on how to access the ArcGIS software.

The ArcGIS software, data, web services, and documentation provided through the New Hampshire statewide license program is solely for instructional and research purposes at K-12 public or private schools and approved educational youth groups.
The software, data, web services and documentation provided through this program may also be used for administrative activities such as facilities management, routing, and campus safety EXCEPT for ArcPad Software, and the data that comes with ArcLogistics software, which may only be used for instructional purposes.
My K-12 school or educational youth organization will not use software, data, web services, and documentation for any commercial or profit-generating activities.
Teaching and research staff, coterminous with the statewide license agreement and with each individual's tenure at the K-12 school or organization, may install and use a copy of the software, data, web services, and documentation on the individual's personal computer only for academic-related purposes.
