How many deskphones and/or wallphones are wanted?
How many incoming phone numbers/DIDs do you have (voice and fax)? NOTE: Generally each location will have one phone and one fax.
What existing network gear do you have?  (If possible, send pictures of your gear to sales@infonetx.com, to help us identify make and model.)
Are your current network switches POE capable? POE (or Power-over-IP) capable switches can provide power to deskphones through your Ethernet. If the switch is not POE capable, each deskphone will need an AC power pack.

Approximately how many incoming and outgoing minutes (combined) do you use in an average month?  NOTE: You can often find minutes used on your phone bill.
Do you need loud-paging speakers in your shop or warehouse(s)?
