Shadow Scheduling Form - Fall/Spring 2025-2026 7th & 8th Graders (7th spring only)

                          ♥ Be a Valkyrie for the day when you shadow at Sacred Heart Academy! ♥

Spend the day with one of our students and meet her teachers and friends, experience SHA’s classes and curriculum, and tour the campus. A typical shadow day is Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30pm (2pm on Wednesday). Shadows receive a complimentary lunch and a special gift for spending the day with us.

We would love to pair your daughter with a SHA student that has similar interests/academic level, or you may request a host.

Shadowing begins September 15th for current 8th-grade students and will continue throughout the school year. We recommend 8th graders shadow before the placement test on December 13th. 

**Please note our school schedule has changed for the 25-26 year.  We will have a late opening every Wednesday at 8:55am.  If you are choosing a Wednesday to shadow, drop off will be moved back to 9:30am.  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday drop off will still be at 8:30am.**

Seventh graders may shadow starting in January 2026.

NOTE: Dates with ** coincide with a "Heart to Heart". We offer parents this opportunity to join us for coffee and a small group discussion with our leadership team. You’ll learn what Sacred Heart Academy has to offer your family and take a student-guided tour. The discussion and tour are approximately an hour total and begin at 8:30am. 

To receive an excused absence from your grade school, please obtain a Shadowing Documentation Form from your school office two weeks before your shadow visit.
