Description
Every few years, the Utah legislature reviews professional licensing. As part of that process, this year the dietitian credential is being reviewed. This survey is collecting information to share with our senators and representatives to demonstrate the essential role of dietitians in improving health outcomes.

Reach out to Keshele Weaver, Public Policy Coordinator for UAND, at keshele.stevens@gmail.com with questions.

This survey should take 5-10 minutes. Please give specific examples when possible.
