ELEVATOR Artist Resource is a new organization with a mission to engage & empower Louisville's diverse community of artists and creators through responsive support and connection to opportunities.

Louisville has a thriving, internationally recognized arts & culture landscape that includes a new city-wide plan to increase growth, diversity and participation (Imagine Greater Louisville 2020). But while there are numerous arts & culture institutions and steadfast support structures for them (Fund for the Arts, Arts & Culture Alliance, et al), there is no centralized support for individual artists & creatives. To successfully leverage the abundance of opportunities available, we’re building a unique organization to ensure artists & creatives have the access and the means to take advantage of what they - and our city - have to offer. Our goal is to establish a hub for the creators of our community to gain access to resources, professional development, and the promotional tools they need to elevate their economic growth and community engagement.
